宿泊に関してのご注意

(Attention please)

 

Japanese law applies to the accommodation contract of this guest house and all information related thereto.

当ゲストハウスの宿泊契約と、それに関連する全ての情報の扱いには日本の法律が適用されます。

 

・料金は前払い制となっております。

  (Advance Payment)

 

・宿泊室は全て男女共用です。

  (All rooms Unisex)

 

・紛失、盗難の責は負いかねますので、貴重品、身の回り品は必ず自己責任にて保管、管理をお願い致します。

  (We cannot bear the responsibility of the loss or theft,Wish does the management of valuables in you.)

 

・お客様間のトラブルに関しては、当宿泊所は一切関知致しませんのでご了承下さい。

  (We are not concerned with the trouble between visitors)

 

・宿泊可能年齢は18歳からとなっております。18歳未満は保護者同伴であっても宿泊できませんのでご了承下さい。

（Can stay age from 18 years old. If under the age of 18, you will not be able to stay even with parents.）

 

・当宿泊所は全室禁煙となっております、又、飲食に関しては指定された場所でお願い致します。

  (All rooms are No smorking area and please do not eat any foods and drink in the bed rooms)

 

・迷惑行為を繰り返す方のご契約は解除させて頂く場合がありますのでご注意下さい。（その際、宿泊料金の返金はございませんのでご了承願います）

  (We may cancel the contract of a person repeating an annoying act)（Please understand the repayment of the hotel charges on this occasion because there is not it）

 

・当宿泊所の所有する設備、設置物、所有物を故意、過失を問わず破損、又は汚損された場合、損害金をご請求させて頂く場合が御座いますのでご注意願います。

  (When there is serious facilities vandalism, regardless of intention, a fault, I may demand money of damage.)

 

・各設備の強度、用法を超えた常識外の使用による怪我等の補償は致しかねますのでご了承願います。

(Because you cannot compensate it for the strength of each facility, the injury by the use beyond the use out of the common sense, please understand it.)

 

・万が一予約が同時に発生した場合、早いタイミングで予約された方が優先されます、その際は大変申し訳御座いませんが予約をキャンセルさせて頂く場合がございますのでご了承下さい。（One reserved in an early timing is given priority to by any chance when a reservation occurs at the same time.　We are very sorry, but approve it on this occasion because there is a case canceling a reservation.)

 

・料金：一泊3200円（税込）

Charge: 3200yen per 1night. (We can discount when you stay over 1week) 

 

・チェックイン：15:00 - 23:30

チェックインが23:30を過ぎる場合は事前にご連絡をお願い致します。

尚、連絡が無い場合は、キャンセルとさせて頂く場合もございますのでご注意下さい。 

Check in: 15:00 - 23:30

(Please use reservation form for reservation if you are not Japanese if you can not arrive guest house till 23:30.)

(We may cancel your reservation if we can not receive your call)

 

・キャンセル料：当日キャンセル（100％）、前日キャンセル（50％）、それ以前のキャンセル料金設定はありません、いずれもキャンセルフォームにて、夜中の0：00まで対応、キャンセルの際は早めのご連絡をお願い致します。

なお、Agodaをご利用のお客様は、そちらのサイトのキャンセルポリシーに従って下さい。

（Cancel charge : 100% for stay day,50% for 1day before of stay day,Other No charge for cancel.

Customers using Agoda, please follow the cancellation policy of those sites.）

 

 ・ご予約には、氏名・ご住所・ご職業が必須となります。（旅館業法第６条による措置）

（We need to know your name , home address , occupation , nationarity & passport number for Reservation.）
