寄宿者（月極宿泊者）募集
当ゲストハウスでは、寄宿者（月極宿泊者）を1名募集しております。
2021/2/14現在、女性が1名寄宿しており、そのルームメイトとなる女性を1名募集しております。
あまり荷物を持たず、学校の寮などで生活した経験のある方や、共同生活でも気にならない方に、格安の生活スペースをご提供いたします。
また、契約者の国籍は問いません。

Our guesthouse is looking for one boarder.
As of January 14, 2021, one woman is boarding and we are looking for one woman to be her roommate.
We offer a cheap living space for those who do not carry much luggage and have lived in school dormitories, or those who do not mind living together.
In addition, the nationality of the contractor does not matter.
The rules and precautions at the time of contract are reproduced below, so please read them when making inquiries.

寄宿（月極宿泊）に関する規則及び注意事項
Boarding rules and precautions
・災害時の対応 Response in the event of a disaster
当施設では、震災や火災などの災害時に備えて消火器、避難梯子などを備えております。月極宿泊される方は各自設備の位置と使用法を確認し、避難経路も把握しておいて下さい。
また、2021年現在、新型コロナウィルス（COVID19）による感染拡大が続いておりますので、うがい・手洗いの徹底や、マスクなどの感染予防具、当施設玄関内に設置された消毒液などを使用し、なるべく感染を避けていただくようお願いいたします。
尚、万が一感染が疑われる症状（発熱、咳、くしゃみ、倦怠感など）を自覚した場合には、隔離措置や保健所への連絡が必要となりますので、速やかに当施設スタッフにお申し出下さい。
This facility is equipped with a fire extinguisher and an evacuation ladder in case of a disaster such as an earthquake or fire. If you are staying on a monthly basis, please check the location and usage of your facility and know the evacuation route.
In addition, as of 2021, the spread of infection by the new coronavirus (COVID19) continues, so we thoroughly gargle and wash hands, use masks and other infection prevention tools, and use disinfectants installed at the entrance of the facility. Please avoid infection as much as possible.
In the unlikely event that you become aware of symptoms of suspected infection (fever, cough, sneezing, malaise, etc.), you will need to take quarantine measures or contact the health center, so please notify our staff immediately.
・清掃に関して Regarding cleaning
自室に関しましては、清掃は月極宿泊者ご自身で任意に行って下さい。
共用部分（ホール、トイレ、階段）に関しましては、通常は月極宿泊者による清掃をお願いします。
例外としまして、2021年現在、当施設は簡易宿泊施設（ゲストハウス）を兼ねておりますので、ゲストハウスの宿泊客が存在する場合のみ、当施設のスタッフが共用部分を清掃いたします。
The boarder is responsible for cleaning his / her room.
Common areas (halls, toilets, stairs) are usually cleaned by boarders.
As an exception, as of 2021, the facility also serves as a simple accommodation facility, so the staff of the facility will clean the common areas only when there are general guests.
・ゴミの分別と処理に関して
Regarding garbage separation and disposal
月極宿泊者ご自身が出したゴミの分別と処理に関しましては、市指定のごみ処理袋をご自身でご購入の上、千歳市のゴミ出しルールに従って下さい。規定日にゴミ出しが出来ないなど、諸事情によりゴミ出しルールに従うことが困難な場合には、当施設スタッフにご相談下さい。
Regarding the separation and disposal of garbage generated by the monthly guests, please purchase the city-designated garbage disposal bag yourself and follow the garbage disposal rules of Chitose City. If it is difficult to follow the garbage disposal rules due to various reasons such as being unable to dispose of garbage on the specified date, please consult with our facility staff.
・セキュリティに関して Regarding security
当施設では、部外者による犯罪に対しては最低限のセキュリティしか提供しておりません。月極宿泊者の生命、財産に関しましては月極宿泊者ご自身で危機管理をお願いいたします。また、盗難等の際には当施設は免責されますのでご了承下さい。
The facility provides minimal security against crimes committed by outsiders. Regarding the life and property of the boarder, please manage the crisis by yourself. In addition, please note that this facility is exempt from liability in the event of theft.
・月極宿泊者同士、または宿泊客とのトラブルに関して
Regarding troubles between monthly guests or with guests
他の月極宿泊者及び宿泊客（2021年現在）とのトラブルに関しましては、当施設は一切関知いたしません。当事者間での解決をお願いいたします。
The facility will not be aware of any troubles with other boarders and general guests (as of 2021). Please settle between the parties.
・月極宿泊代の支払い、返金に関して
Regarding payment and refund of monthly accommodation fee
月極宿泊代金は入居時に当月の分を先払いしていただき、翌月以降も毎月全額先払い、かつ毎月の支払日にてご精算下さい。精算頂く事で、翌月の宿泊契約の更新とさせていただきます。
毎月の支払日は契約時に1日～28日までの間で任意の日にちを指定して下さい。
また、契約期間満了前に当施設から転居されます際には、一ヶ月単位で残りの期間を精算し返金いたします。なお、日割り計算はいたしませんのでご了承下さい。
また、毎月払い契約にて支払いが困難な月がある場合には、当施設スタッフまでご相談下さい。
Boarders are required to pay the accommodation fee for the month they move in in advance.
Boarders will be required to pay the monthly accommodation fee in advance from the following month. (It is also possible to pay the accommodation fee for the current month and the next month in advance when moving in.)
Please pay the monthly accommodation fee on the monthly payment date decided at the time of moving in.
If the boarder pays for the next month, the accommodation contract for the next month will be renewed.
Example: If you move in in April, the boarder will pay the accommodation fee for April and May when you move in.
Alternatively, you can complete the accommodation contract for May by paying for April when you move in and paying the accommodation fee for May on the payment date during April.
Please specify any date from 1st to 28th at the time of contract for the monthly payment date.
In addition, if you move out of the facility before the contract period expires, the prepaid accommodation fee will be refunded on a monthly basis only if it has been paid for one month or more. (Example: If you move out 40 days before the end of the contract period, only one month's worth will be refunded.)
In addition, if there is a month when payment is difficult due to the monthly payment contract, please contact our facility staff.
・鍵に関して Regarding the key
玄関の鍵を一本、入居時にお渡しいたします。この鍵は入居者ご自身ではスペアキーを作らないでください。
また、万が一紛失された場合には速やかに警察に届け出ていただき、当施設スタッフにもその旨をお申し出ください。紛失が確定しましたら、スペアキー作成料金（\1,000）を頂いた上で、再度鍵をお渡しします。
We will give you one key to the entrance when you move in. Please do not make a spare key for this key by yourself.
In the unlikely event that it is lost, please report it to the police immediately and inform the staff of the facility to that effect. If the loss is confirmed, we will give you the key again after receiving the spare key creation fee (1,000 yen).
・退去時に関して Regarding when moving out
退去の際には、宿泊者立ち会いのもと使用施設・設備の確認を行います。
確認時に過度な汚れや破損があった場合には、復旧にかかる費用のご負担をお願い致します。
When moving out, we will check the facilities and equipment used in the presence of the guest.
If there is excessive dirt or damage at the time of confirmation, please bear the cost of restoration.
・喫煙、飲酒に関して Regarding smoking and drinking
喫煙、飲酒に関しては、日本国の法の定める範囲で行ってください。未成年は厳禁です。
また、当施設内は全館禁煙になっていますので、喫煙は屋外の指定された場所でのみ行って下さい。トイレなどでの喫煙も厳禁です。
Regarding smoking and drinking, please do so within the scope of Japanese law. Underage drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited.
In addition, smoking is prohibited in the entire facility, so please smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking in the bathroom is strictly prohibited.
・違法行為に関して Regarding illegal activities
寄宿者が現行で違法行為を行っている、または加担している事が発覚した場合、当施設は警察に連絡の上、即時の退去を求めます。また、その際には翌月以降の契約更新は無効となります。
If it is discovered that the boarder is currently committing an illegal act or is involved in the activity, the facility will contact the police and request immediate eviction. In that case, the contract renewal from the following month will be invalid.
・不測の事態に関して Regarding unforeseen circumstances
災害や設備破損など、当施設側が宿泊サービスを遂行する上で障害となる事態が発生した場合、宿泊者に対して事前申告の上で退去を求める場合があります。
その場合、翌月の契約更新は致しませんのでご了承下さい。また、翌月分の支払い済みの宿泊料金に関しては、全額返金致します。
In the event of a disaster, damage to equipment, or other obstacles to the performance of the accommodation service, the guest may be required to move out after prior notification.
In that case, please note that the contract will not be renewed the following month. In addition, we will refund the full amount of the accommodation charges paid for the next month.
・その他 Others
災害時や設備の点検などで、事前申告の有無に関わらず当施設スタッフや消防官、警察官など第三者が居室に立ち入る場合があります。無用なトラブルを避けるため、貴重品などはご自身で管理して下さい。
In the event of a disaster or equipment inspection, third parties such as our facility staff, firefighters, and police officers may enter the room regardless of whether or not there is a prior declaration. Please manage your valuables by yourself to avoid unnecessary troubles.
